Description	Handwritten and typewritten copies of a description of land - Lot 39 in the J. & J.E. Schneider Survey, Berlin - cited in the agreement, Estates of Isaac L. and Eliza M. Bowman. A handdrawn map accompanies each description. The property was purchased by Isaac L. Bowman from Caroline and Aaron Oberholtzer in 1878 (Deed 4082). The handwritten version has the name "(E.M.) Dunke" written in two places; he may have been the writer of the document. The typewritten version has handwritten notes: "original deed to father" and "according to plan in father's description book." The handdrawn map with this version is labeled: "Plan in father's description book April 1877 - Nov. 1878."
